Anadolubank was founded in Turkey in 1997 and operates 120 branches across the country, with additional offices in the Netherlands including a branch in Amsterdam.

The bank's consolidated assets stand at around 10.9 billion Turkish lira, and it is led by the Habaş Industrial Medical Gases Manufacturing Company under chairman Mehmet Rüştü Başaran.
