Bartın University — Bartın

Bartın University (Bartın Üniversitesi) is a public university in the city of Bartın, on Turkey's Black Sea coast, approximately 4 hours by road from Istanbul. Founded in 2008, the university grew out of the Bartın Faculty of Forestry, which had previously been part of Zonguldak Karaelmas University — giving Bartın deep historical roots in forestry sciences.
