Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) via e-Devlet

Both Turkish citizens and foreign residents can submit an official complaint directly to the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey through the e-Government portal (e-Devlet), completely confidentially. All you need is to log in to the platform.

Note: Turkish citizens use their TC number, while foreign residents (including Syrians under temporary protection) use their Foreign Identity Number (Kimlik starting with 99) to log in and submit a complaint.

The CİMER platform (Presidency Communication Center) is one of the most prominent official channels for communication between the public and the Presidency, aiming to convey the voices of citizens and residents and work towards resolving their issues. After submitting a complaint, attaching details, and confirming the request, it is evaluated and responded to within a maximum period of 30 days by specialized teams working to find appropriate solutions.
