The "e-Noter Randevu Sorgulama" service, provided by the Turkish Notaries Association (Türkiye Noterler Birliği) via e-Devlet, allows you to book a prior appointment at the nearest notary office to complete your official transactions smoothly. No need to go to the office and wait in long queues; now you can choose the office, date, and time that suit you, and confirm the appointment electronically within minutes.

After logging into e-Devlet with your password, search for the e-Noter Randevu Sorgulama service. A list of available notary offices in your province will appear. Select the office closest to you, specify the type of transaction you wish to complete (signature certification, power of attorney, vehicle sale contract, affidavit, sworn translation...), then choose a suitable slot from the displayed schedule. You will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS containing the appointment details and a verification code.

Do not visit a notary without an appointment and risk waiting or being turned away. Booking in advance guarantees you immediate reception and saves you time and effort. If your plans change, you can modify or cancel the appointment through the same service. Remember that some transactions require specific documents; read the instructions carefully before heading to the office.
