Kastamonu University (Kastamonu Üniversitesi) is a public university in the city of Kastamonu, in northern Turkey near the Black Sea coast. Founded on 1 March 2006, the university has built a strong reputation locally and internationally for its sports, physical, cultural, social, and scientific development.
