The mobile-line service on e-Devlet lists every mobile phone number registered against your Kimlik in Turkey, across all operators (Turkcell, Vodafone, Türk Telekom).

Critical anti-fraud check: spot any line opened in your name without consent, which could be used to impersonate you in banking or e-Devlet itself. Report unauthorised lines to the operator to have them cancelled.
