Enpara is a digital banking card issued by QNB Finansbank (Turkish–Qatari bank). It lets you open a Turkish-lira account and easily convert balances to USD or other currencies through the mobile app or the website. To obtain an Enpara card you complete a short form with your name, Turkish residence-permit (kimlik) number and a copy of your passport — the card itself is free. Once active, you can transfer to any Turkish bank account, send funds to Visa cards, send international transfers, pay bills and traffic fines, and access a broad catalogue of banking services. Apps are available on Android and iOS.
