Paycell — Turkcell E-Wallet

Paycell is the integrated e-wallet from Turkish telecom giant Turkcell — for Turkcell subscribers it links automatically to the phone number. Prepaid subscribers can pay directly from their line balance, while post-paid customers can settle Paycell purchases with their monthly bill. Users without a Turkcell line can still top up the card or account at any Turkcell store or through the mobile app. Many websites and merchants accept Paycell — including Shell fuel stations — and the service itself is free to use. Apps are available on Android and iOS.
