Seher Mensucat began in Istanbul in 1986 under the name Seher Yıldız Çamaşırları, pursuing a path built on simplicity and quality.

In 2006 it was restructured as Seher Mensucat Tekstil and adopted modern production methods, marketing under the SEHER YILDIZ and TUTKU İÇ GİYİM brands. Growth continued with the 2008 launch of a further brand, TUTKU ELİT.
