Turkland Bank (T-Bank)

T-Bank was established in 1985 as the Istanbul branch of the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, then renamed Garanti Yatırım ve Ticaret Bankası A.Ş. in 1992.

In 2014, T-Bank's capital was increased to 650 million Turkish lira, and its ownership structure became: 50% MED Bank, 33.3% Arab Bank, and 16.7% Arab Bank Switzerland.

T-Bank's vision is shaped by its shareholders' broad banking heritage — Arab Bank and MED Bank both date back to the 1930s in retail and corporate banking.
