Spam SMS / Email Complaint via e-Devlet (Turkey)

The Ministry of Trade's electronic-message complaint system lets you report unwanted commercial SMS, calls, and emails sent without your consent. The complaint is filed via e-Devlet and triggers an investigation by the ministry.

If the merchant is found in violation of the Electronic Commercial Communications regulation, they face fines and an order to stop contacting you.
