The e-Devlet consumer-complaint service lets you file a formal complaint with the Turkish Consumer Protection Authority against a merchant, service provider, or e-commerce site that violated consumer rights.

After signing in with your Kimlik, search for **Tüketici Şikayeti Uygulaması**, fill out the merchant's details and a description of the issue, attach any supporting documents, and submit. The authority responds via the same e-Devlet inbox.
