The WebTapu system, run by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, is like a virtual title deed office in your pocket. Through this system, dealing with property is no longer tied to visiting a government office; whether you want to track your assets, carry out a sale, or even authorise someone else to manage your property, it is all possible from home. The service is available to citizens and foreign residents via e-Devlet, as well as through the standalone site webtapu.tkgm.gov.tr.

What Can You Do Through WebTapu?

- Manage your entire property portfolio and view all properties registered in your name.
- Carry out sale, seizure and mortgage transactions.
- Obtain an official title deed replacement electronically if the original is lost.
- Get a Land Registry Certificate (Tapu Kayıt Belgesi) to prove ongoing ownership.
